It is a surgical breast enlargement procedure in which implants are inserted into the breast area after making incisions to enhance the shape and volume of the targeted area. Another technique is the transfer of fats from other parts of the body to the breast area.

Women opt for breast augmentation with fat transfer for more natural results. Many get confused between this procedure and breast lift. They are, however, quite different. In the former, breast implants are inserted to increase the cup size, while the latter raises the drooping tissue.
